Book question

I was wondering is "The Art of Japanese Swordsmanship, A Manual of Eishin Ryu Iaido" by Nicklaus Suino any good and is it the same system as thought in the Kenseikai Ireland Dojo.
As Im new to Iaido Im not familiar with the different styles or their names. Any help would be appreciated.
